The metrics used for evaluation means:

0Failed or feature does not exist

1 – Has poor support and/or it can be done but with significant effort

2Fair support but needs modification to reach the desired level of support

3Good support and needs a minimal amount of effort

4Excellent support and meets the criteria, minimal effort.

  1. Evaluating the every Task/item in respect of indicated quality criteria: Usability, Adaptability, Interoperability, Security, Multilinguality, you can choose between two approaches:
  • mark one in the line of scores 0 1 2 3 4 in the interactive form, corresponding to your informal opinion, which when formalized means a range from “failed” to “excellent” explained above;
  • use the Checklist provided separately which will help to formalize your evaluation.
  1. If you decide to use the Checklist provided, please notice the following. If no one of the components, indicated in the third column of Checklist, according you was satisfied, your score at that Criterion/category is zero. If all categories indicated there, you find were satisfied, then your score is maximal – equal to 4. Decide which score you assign to every question, then tick your score in the line of boxes corresponding to 0 1 2 3 4 given after the each question at the evaluation website, corresponding to the question on the Criterion/category you have considered.

As a result you will have every item evaluated in the range from 0 to 4, which will be included into average score calculated later from responses given by many respondents. Summarized results of evaluation will be accessible from the evaluation site.

The current estimation spots can be seen marked in green in The Summary Table of Quality Criteria (modified from the page 29/55 of the Methodology - D7.1.
