meets the criteria, minimal effort. |
If you decide to use the Checklist provided, please
notice the following. If no one of the components, indicated in the third column
of Checklist, according you was satisfied, your score at that Criterion/category
is zero. If all categories indicated there, you find were satisfied, then your
score is maximal – equal to 4. Decide which score you assign to every question,
then tick your score in the line of boxes corresponding to

given after the each question at
the evaluation website, corresponding to the question on the Criterion/category
you have considered.
As a result you will have every item evaluated in the range from 0 to 4, which will be included into average score calculated later from responses given by many respondents. Summarized results of evaluation will be accessible from the evaluation site.
